Questions sellers ask

Who sees my listing?: Every GarageInvestor member gets an email alert when it goes live, and it sits on the site for anyone to find. Members are people who have signed up to be told about garages for sale.
Do you value the garage or handle offers?: No. You set the price and you deal with buyers direct. We are an advertising service, not an estate agent, and we never hold money or pass on offers.
What if nobody enquires?: If there are no enquiries in 30 days we send the listing to the whole list again at no charge. A price change also goes back out as a new alert, free.
Can I withdraw it?: Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The listing fee is for the advert and is not refunded once the listing has gone live.
I have more than one block.: List each one separately so buyers can enquire about the one they want, or get in touch and we will sort it out with you.
