We built GarageInvestor because the information we needed when growing our own portfolio simply didn't exist. The site provides education, deal flow, and tools. The partnership gives us real ground-truth data on rents, voids, costs and tenant behaviour from a live operating portfolio — and gives investors the option to hand garages they buy through our research over to a professional manager.
