Garages — despite often delivering double the yield of standard BTL — get a few paragraphs in a thread on Property Tribes and that's about it.
That gap is what GarageInvestor is built to fill.
Garages are one of the few corners of UK property where ordinary investors can still genuinely outperform. Entry prices start under £20,000. Stamp duty is often nil.
